個人情報はどう扱われ、誰が承認するのか
倒産企業のデータが売られるとき、いちばん気になるのは中の人の情報です。
第三者が個人情報を除去する条件がついた
スピリット側の投資銀行家が出した裁判所提出書類では、このデータに個人を特定できる情報は含まれないとされています。データは非識別化される、つまり個々の人物と結び付かない形にされます。買い手は再識別を試みないことにも同意しています。 Google 側も受け取る前に第三者が個人を特定しうる情報を厳格に除去すると説明しました。ただし業務上のメールやチャットに人の名前や状況がどれだけ書き込まれているかを考えれば、除去の実務がどこまで及ぶのかは説明だけでは分かりません。

この取引はまだ確定していません。成立には連邦判事の承認が要ります。売却の審理は2026年8月19日にニューヨーク州南部地区破産裁判所の Sean Lane（ショーン・レーン）判事のもとで開かれる予定です。 倒産処理の一環である以上、データの売却も裁判所の判断を通る仕組みになっています。 学習データの調達が正規のルートを通る場合でも、どこまでが売ってよい資産なのかという線引きはこうした手続きの中で個別に引かれていきます。こうした調達をめぐる別の動きはAmazonが希少本を裁断してスキャンしている件でも扱っています。開示の枠組みそのものはEU AI法の8月施行で動いている最中です。
